CANCELLED UNTO FURTHER NOTICE Gain Irish Open (Tommy Cullens Show) Cancelled unto further notice Sunday 8th April 18 Hi all unfortunately The Gain Irish Open is postponed until later in the summer as the field for the overflow parking is to soft, our own field the main show field has all weather tracks but could not take the large crowd expected again this year without the over flow car park, and as all our judges are coming from overseas I have to make a call on it before they finalise their travel arrangements. IN 2018, for one year only, the GREAT GAME FAIRS of Ireland team have combined their ROI event ( Previously at BIRR CASTLE) and the NI events into one very special 40th ANNIVERSARY ALL IRELAND Game Fair to take place at Shanes Castle, Antrim on the 23rd & 24th June. All facets of the event have been extended and enhanced including the competitions with specially 'ruby enhanced' trophies to be won outright. Dessie Mackins Christmas Dog Show Saturday 16th December 17 Bannville House Hotel is set in 13 Acres of mature woodland on the Lurgan Road, 3 miles from Banbridge, and deep in the heart of the County Down countryside. These beautiful surroundings was the venue for Dessie Mackins annual Christmas Dog show Saturday 16thDecember 17. Although it was cold Christmassy weather, this did not dampen the spirits of the good men and women of the canine world, all out for a good days enjoyment and festivities, and were not disappointed. Many will have heard that the IRISH GAME & COUNTRY FAIR which has been staged at BIRR CASTLE, Co OFFALY for the last 10 years will be moving location. The move has been slightly complicated by the news that the POPE and possibly the QUEEN will be coming to Ireland on our traditional date of the end of August. HOWEVER we are happy to announce our plans to make our 40th ANNIVERSARY FAIR at SHANES CASTLE, ANTRIM on the 23rd/24th JUNE 2018, the biggest and best GAME FAIR ever seen in IRELAND. The Combined Clubs Charity Dog Show Sunday 3rd September 17 at Annaghmore Raceway, Annaghmore, Co Armagh Deep in the heart of Orchard County, is the now famous Annaghmore Raceway, with its fine landscapes and magnificent Pony and Jib race track. It was a previlege to have this fine venue for the Combined Clubs annual Charity Dog Show Sunday 3rd September 17.
