    Been knocking up some base curry yesterday as doing a monster curry Dorset way this wknd so done a couple base curry omelettes this morn

    Found a Beauty polish food shop it’s got great display of pork bits I’ve hit a few times getting jars gherkins and porky bits n herrings I’m all over the home smoked kielbaser sausages and salatka and few other bits so I’ve loaded up some chops with plenty stuff for a spell resting in oven then they hit the bbq bit later
