  1. Have some big confifers in bottom of garden. Can i build a concrete pad ontop of the soil instead of digging down and hitting roots? Avoiding killing the trees or making them weaker in winds. garden is alittle sloped so if i was to build ontop then it would level out. Pad would be for a garage.
  2. My bitch just finished her season and we noticed a small bb size lump next to nipple. Vet confirmed it was a marmary tumor, vet advised to have it removed and get my bitch speyed. She said they could cut it out soon or advised to get both done in 3 months time, once all her levels dropped after season. But if the lump got bigger to phone them and they could remove sooner. Anyone had experience with mammory tumours? I had played with idea of getting a pup from her one day, guess that wont happen now.

  9. Had a good start on monday with ferrets and glen( white dog), always good when you see rabbits bolt early. First stop was Hawick in the Scottish borders for the first bit of rabbit control. The land owner had rabbits in the garden and asked if I could help out. An hour later was finished and 2 rabbits up. Glen was on the ball and the hob worked well. After that headed over to coldingham for the next bit of rabbit control. It didn't look like there was much about, the land owner had said hed been shooting rabbits in the summer and numbers down. Netted alot of holes without any rabbits bolt

  18. Having some trouble with my 6 year old lurcher bitch. All three lurchers were fed some rabbit two nights ago. About and hour, maybe hour and half later she started recthing really loud, pacing around licking the floor. After abit she brought up food, some bone, abit of grass and meat i think. She continued to keep retching, gulping ( exagerated swalloning as vet called it) and licking the floor, when taking out into garden she would try wolf down as much grass as could get to. Took her to the vets at 2 am, vet thought it was because she brought up bones, i explained it started before
