  1. Hi Liam

As mentioned, I'd save up and there's even some cracking rifles on here (check the classified section) going next to nothing and from some great people.

Don't rush into it too, check out topics on here, check up on what you need to know about hunting... YouTube videos, books and magazines too. Start as free and cheap as you can before spending out hundreds on something you don't know much about: be that hunting or about rifles.

  2. Well my new toy has arrived, should get some good action shots with this once I get the hang of it.

With how much the basic one costs (alone) @ 2:00, I think my heart would skip a beat :(

Nice toy, is it quieter at a greater height?

  3. Can't say I've used this one or seen it before but the free BSA Ltd Ed Gerber I got with my rifle is sharp! A nice folder and something I personally feel lives up to the expectations and name they supply but also in the field- where it matters.

So, one to the value of £100 or greater i can only imagine it's the dogs danglers but I guess seeing is believing?

  4. As above, restored original stock due to the wear over the years but feels lovely to hold, light to carry and a great plinking rifle.

Ideal for any young'ns to start shooting with or an item for any keen collector.

I'll throw in some Crosman and BSA pellets- about 950 give or take a few- FREE of charge.

I can also deliver within a 20 mile radius of TF1, or I can deliver further at the cost of the buyer.

    Collection available.

ID required if you look younger than 18.

    Pictures will be uploaded shortly

  5. My BSA XL Tacts's still pack an amazing punch whilst out hunting- they still do the job, if that's what you're asking?

Compared to a quality PCP or FAC rifle, you may find you need a little time to adjust to a springer, same with transferring across from any weapon.

Did I say the wrong thing??

 sorry jim. It's not you. It's me..!!

I have been distracted with other things and haven't updated the thread.

Unfortunately Andyfr1968 has made a donation of £15 for the webley and the pistol.

Apologies again and thanks for your offer

Only the cheap Chinese springer left but I may stick a fiver in myself and throw it in the bin!!

I will update everyone regarding posting and collection once I'm home.

Thank you to those that have made offers and been in touch.

PM me your details, I'll pay you £5 for a good charity, just to see that rifle gone.

    Perhaps a wee bonfire? ;)
