and thats all it will be used for mate i have one on my airgun and you still have to get in between them and they know you are there and you don't allways get a shot off you have to walk slow to them and stalk in the dark so that will aply when using the spotterYou can be a lot quieter with an air gun. You don't have a dog chocking itself on a slip lead next seasons secret weapon pffft!!! My tiger will smash that lol

I'm with you mate, if you can't catch them with a lamp then there is something wrong and it might just be you. Night vision to catch rabbits with a dog honest to f**k the mind boggles. It's called hunting not eradication ffs. Every missed rabbit is there for another day. If it becomes lamp shy, use your hunting skills, don't rely on a piece of technology

do you think the original saluki would of had training snoop??? Cant see it myself and probably why alot of people think there thick!!! They were a breed bred to hunt and run in the desert so would never of needed to do more than that?? A thick dog couldn,t catch hares on a regular basis .why is the saluki cross the best hare dog ?because it hasnt only got a serious amount of wind it also has brains it can run within itself when needed .it also can put itself between cover and the hare and push the hare back out into the open.(box a hare)...which other crosses do this without saluki in them.
