Yeah I was going to ask then whats the best way to get a terrier and a Ferret used to each other. If the good lady agree's to a ferret then I'll get one.

LOL My mates Ferret that was just like that got ripped up by another friends dogs. They were not used to it and got to it the one day and unfortunately killed it. So I am thinking of getting my Patt used to them whilst he's young, gotta see what the missus makes of it though first lol.

Thanks to those that are willing to at least give me a chance. I've enjoyed these forums so far, learning what I have so far from some knowledgable people, and to be honest this uproar has been abit of a wounder for me. I understand now why some of you would be paranoid about any new face that turns up, but I can assure you I'm only here to learn a thing or two about hunting. When its time to get my lad working I'll have pics for you's lot to see.

Well I dont want the pups dying like. I'm in line to have one of these pups and I want to know whats best for a potential dog of mine. This is the first litter this bitch is having and I'm not completley convinced he knows as much as he's letting on when it comes to caring for a bitch in this state. Any advice? -

Nah not realy mate, I've been fishing a few times with lads who are interested but its not for me. Terriers are realy all that I'm interested in at the moment, although I wouldn't mind giving other sports a try just to see.

I'm not sure what lines he comes from? I have no idea at all. My Brother hasnt got any dogs as he's in a flat and hasnt got anywhere to keep them, its friends of ours that have the dogs and he'll go out with them when ever he can, I've not been out very often, been Lamping with the lurchers and ratting with the Terriers a few times with the same crowd of lads but thats it realy. Like I said it's all new to me, so Simo thats why I've posted nothing on me actualy hunting, I'm waiting for my pup to grow up abit before he's introduced to it and when I do I'll let you know how I/he gets on,

Not sure what they had them on when that pic was taken, I wasnt there at the time like, my brother took the pics. My pal bought that Patt Bitch off a bloke from up in Carlisle I think it was? he got her for £!!!! because the bloke said he was going to jail and wanted to get rid of her, she hadn't been tested at the time and was young but she's bang on now. I've not got all the kit yet Pip, I will do though more nearer the time I start taking him out, he's only just 13 weeks this week so theres no rush I surpose. Well, you could stop the "strange" questions for one. We have reason to be paraniod, we participate in a hobby that attracts critisism from the "wrong type" OK Simo this has been adressed, quite some posts back now.

I've put pics up of my dog! they're on this forum somewhere, and there is some of my mates dogs on here aswell that I have put up. Infact here they are again just to suit you. My Patt Pup, he's just 9 weeks here And these are of my pals dogs, This was before the Patt bitch was pregnant.
