    Had my pup at the vets today for his second innoculation, the vet said if im feeding him raw meat which i am, to make sure he gets plenty of calcium what other things except bones can i give him as a good source of calcium Cheers

    Cheers skycat, ive been trying him mainly with brocolli carrots, then chicken wings and thighs, beef mince, heart and some tinned mackerel. Think i'll try steaming it like myou say and maybe try spinach or green beans. I'll try and leave biscuits out and start using rice ?

    Tried that roybo but no joy, gunna try changing his buscuits to see if i can entice him

    Got an 11 week old beddy grey, when i got him he was on chudleys buscuits, i slowly got him on to veg n meat and he was doing really well plenty of energy and a really good coat. Problem now is he refuses to eat any veg or biscuits he only wants to eat meat, ive tried blending it but still no joy

    Im struggling to get my pup to eat anything but meat, he's not interested in buscuits or veg anymore now he's had a taste of meat id prefer for him to eat veg aswel with him been only ten weeks but he just leaves it

    I got it from near pontefract but the lad didnt know anything about it, it was my first lurcher and she looked like a first cross, only about 17 tts and was brilliant for rabbits n rats, that was until the rspca came along and took her with my dh bull grey and my terrier. Not sure if i did the right thing but i signed all my dogs over because the terrier and bull grey were quite young and i didnt know how long the case would go on for, 6 months later got all my stuff back barring my dogs obviously, and no charges against me.

    Cheers foresterj. yea they were beddy grey/ beddy grey, real nice pups the one i have is lively as owt, got him on raw mince or chicken with veg and sometimes mix in a few puppy biscuits give him that 4 times a day and he seems to be doing well
