    yes molly i am as high as a kite, now sitting down with a big mug of coco, cheers chester bobo she is 3/4 whippet 1/4 bedlington .she is around 8.5 months old, i only really got her to bring my dog on but looks like she may be a good bunny basher

    i got my first bit of permission on friday and thought i would take out the new bitch kim for a look to see how she would react on the lamp.Now i have only had this wee bitch a week and she has never done any training, no retrieving, doesnt know how to sit and has never seen a bunny before.We were only out about 30 mins in 1 field and she managed to catch 4 rabbits out of 5 slips but the first one she let go when it gave out a squeel and then made it through the fence so there is only 3 that she really caught. what i found amazing is since she hadnt done any retrieving work before i thought

    if i was in the same situation flint i would probably ring the council and explain what i was doing, it would be a sorry state of affairs if they even contemplated taking it any further. keep us updated

    nice photos sjm, how do you actually go about taking the stills from the video footage? do you use the video facility from the digi camera or do you use a separate camcorder?

    nice one tote, i was going to have a wee look out tonight with the new pup to see how she reacts on the lamp but it is raining too heavy to give the wee lass her first look, keep it up

    do you know of anybody who deals in ex fridge/freezer containers eg 3663, i bought one earlier this year and had loads hanging up inside, i had no use for them so they got binned.

    thanks paul, i havnt tried any retrieving work outside yet but she retrieves fantastic in the house. I have caught a rat tonight and i was thinking about letting her make her first kill tomorrow

    she did eventually come round to the idea, i wouldnt of been able to get a bigger dog though as max is still growing and i would have no room in the pick-up for me , oh she is quick and very, very nimble, she can turn on the spot, max is around 24.5tts and a solid 50lbs , he still runs like a horse though. edited to add: how many other folks dogs have a 6 pack , when you rub his tummy when he is standing up he tenses and you can feel the indavidual muscles, i didnt know if this was normal or not.

    here are a few photos of kim 3/4 whippet 1/4 bedlington 20" tts and 8 months old that i adopted on saturday and after a 300 mile round trip, 1 blow out, a buckled wheel rim and a busted wheel trim later we arrived home safely. she is settling in fine but she does cry before eventually going to sleep which is understandable,as you can see she gets on just fine with max but as he is so much bigger he can be a bit rough, thanks again paul

    great photos, pups are looking fantastic and they definately know how to run, max still runs like a horse that should be changing soon when hopefully he will be getting a wee friend to show him how its done
