    Unfortunately i will disagree with you there as i do abide by the law and completed a pest control course, The general licence in Scotland does not differ greatly from that in England but I do know what I can and cannot shoot.http://www.snh.gov.uk/protecting-scotlands-nature/species-licensing/bird-licensing/health-and-safety/ for my permissions and I believe this is the Scottish equivalent of what you are referring to.http://www.snh.gov.uk/docs/B878312.pdf. I've read those documents before, they are basically the same as the English versions, shooting for the pot is NOT covered. I hope
