That sounds brilliant, great write up.. I went out with my local pack twice this season, never been before and found it great fun. I will be signing up for next years for sure. Plus they let my basset run with them!

Send a tube of wasps through the post, they will be pretty annoyed by the time they are let out. Was told about this by someone recently.

Thats a great picture of the hounds in the snow. They look very much like my local basset pack, the De-Burgh Hare Hounds. I have what would be the Hush Puppies basset, personally I prefer the way he looks, but these ones in the pictures are much better for hunting, they go a fair bit quicker than mine!

Now there is a common sense law. Great pictures, looks great fun.

My one year old basset speaks when he is on a fox, or two as it was the other day, he enjoyed that! I didnt quite so much, as it was my lunch hour and there I was running across a muddy field trying to keep up with my stubby legged hound. All fun though. Best of luck with your choice.
