    Had same trouble with my collie x was dwn to me an the house training I think, I'm used to owning english bulls and getting a collie x whippet is a considerable change in temperment was simply 2 firm and 2 hardly spoken for such an inteligent timid x we have worked out our rapor now tho, and I swear I dnt have to tell har anything more thn once nw perfect recall and hardly on a lead! I found not diciplining her worked for me well nt shout at her like a bull terrier simply ignoring her completely when she done wrong, she hates it just comes begging! Still have to tell ma ebt everything 50 times

    i think it was made by bisely, i dont know how big ur pup is but it was a bit big for mine but had loadsa excess so cut it of and rolled it and put cable tie around it so got a little dummy and a bigger one for when pups bigger for 12 quid. bargain really saves skinning,drying,curing and then making ur own

    im trying to find the pi,c but about a year ago,, on my friends small holding chickens kept goin missing, thought it was due to a fox! but one morning went in the barn with scruff, a little lakeland terrier, andfound about 15 chickens were dead. The dog was instantly going crazy and caught hold of a massive an i mean massive albino hob wild as fook! wasnt an easy win for the dog by no means i have a pic of all chickens and the ferret and the dog think its on other comp but i willfind it!! i think that had been wild for a gd while never even seen a ferret that big before

    my grandad used to have this old kidney shaped wicker basket with lage strap on he used to say it as a poachers ferret basket! has anyone eer seen one of these or knows where may sell such a thing?

    yeah this the way i was always brought up to do it but noticed alot of lurchermen on here used purse and longnets with there dogs an didnt know if this way as frowned upon lol

    get a dummy and go basic reward him for the 'return to hand'. Then he will start seeing the 'return' as the objective and not the 'catch' but tht just the way i look at it plenty more knowledgeable thn me on here!

    well if u do both u should understand what i meant by the comment and not take it the wrong way! the law seems to be biased in the way it leaves certain hunting sports exempt where as the more common sports like 1 man and his dog have been near abolished?? do u not agree?

    well heres mine 'flash' she 1/4 collie 3/4 whippet she more whippet in stature but her temp def seems more collie she gt gd feet and a nice coat too which i think she get from the collie in her so far she doin well only 10 weeks tho so lets see haha
