    what do you define as fitness? All depends on what you looking off a dog what breed etc etc.Its up the owner too know when the dog is at its fittest and when its needs a break. A coursing man would expect his dog too take at less 3 ,4 runs and on the lamp at lest 20 slips buts everyone is different does anybody no were i could buy a gun cheap no but will a block hammer do? :clapper:

    well done lads, i dont normally start my pups until there about 12 or 13 months old but this must be a reall good we bitch, my advice would be take it easy with her and dont run her to hard, keep us posted on her progress this is one to watch A,T,B with her matey cheers mate she didint get run to hard in the first place! couple easy slips then a good one to test her because she was bursting to go!
