Your not alone, that’s the standard we got over here as well, a lot of the youth want top money for zero sweat and graft

The hardest part was finding a bitch bred the way I wanted. I wanted something heavily blooded around strike while the irons hot
Yeah it’s getting thin on the ground these days, I had a bitch bred from him myself back about 10 year ago now, mad keen for anything. You won’t go far wrong with your planned mating

Anyone with one recommend a decent belt pouch, please?
I have a No.7 in a Bridgedale pouch and it's such a snug fit, I don't think the stud would close with another centimetre of knife in there
Thanks.
Surely one of the lads on here could knock you one up? Worth asking the question mate

Rolling in shit, especially when you take the garmin off and the shite ends up on your hands. Love that

There’s definitely plenty of genuine lads about, lads that live for the game and the sport rather than the coin

It just goes to show you that if you are out of the loop, kinda thing, then topic such as prices for running dogs, are a bit of a mystery..
Locally , we have always had quite a plethora of whippets, both Hard Blood, Non-Peds, and KC Registered Pedigree Whippets.
Several rabbiting/mouching lads that I know, have gone over to these diminutive speedsters, and they all seem quite pleased with them...
Times are 'a changing, in the Field sports world,..and many enthusiasts are enjoying the rabbit as their main quarry...
Obviously, the working whippet takes to the Coney catching game, real easy....in fact, they love it...
Personally,..and no offence to any man wanting to earn some vonga,..(don't we all) but, I would not pay out £1000 for a hunting dog....
I've worked lurchers and sundry speedsters for over sixty years,...and experience has taught me that our's, is often a cruel and dangerous game...
However, as I've said on numerous occasions, what any man does with his own dogs, is a matter for his own conscience...none of my business.
That maxim also goes for how much cash he chooses to lay out, for his canine pal..
Be lucky now Brothers,..and stay safe...
That last pic is a stunning animal

Fair play to you for giving her the graft and testing her. Sounds like a great dog to own, sometimes we don’t realise what we had until it’s gone do we

Always liked the sound of that type of cross would be nice to hear a bit more about them and the way they worked, for a mouching ferreting type of dog I’d imagine them to be very handy
