    Hi Hugh Something that no one else seems to have picked up on so far are the very telling words in your initial post and those are '.........the land next door.' Now, if it can be shown that the rabbits coming onto the the cricket pitch are from warrens on his land, he can legally be forced to deal with them.     Just like I said............ ......and being ex-Army myself, who remembers his own fallen comrades more often that I care to admit, fully understand and applaud your actions.

    The best outcome to this would be for them to come grovelling back in a year or so pleading with you to control the rabbits that are eating all of their crops. The even better outcome would be for you to tell them to 'get stuffed' or words to that effect. Though I suspect, having watched some of your videos, that you are too much of a gentleman to say exactly what should be said in the way it should be said, if you know what I mean. Of course, Pianoman could be correct in that a committee member's brat has bought a springer and reckons him self to be a real life 'Quigley Down Under'!
