  1. 6. I'm looking to get another terrier preferred Patterdale Replacing a dog that past away a few weeks back had him for 6 yrs cracker of a terrier black&tan JR had abit of patter in him. Been told I’m mad to go for a Patterdale due to having the Lakeland already not a good mix... surely that’s the same for all terriers Its all down to the way they are introduced to each other. And kennelled separate if needed. The dog that pasted away a few weeks back, picked up some kind of poison at xmass time it had to be around the land we go on. He spent a week at the vets home after th
  7. was a good day alrite, the heat was bad for the dogs . thank god i just took the one dog i'd to stop a few times getting there and the way home to give the dog water. i had my lakeland with me. the racing was good. ground very even seen a few dogs roll. its funny its either too wet at times or we complain about the heat lol. i entered my terrier in a few of the shows

  9. Moira gamefair - going to this show its about two hours away from me. just up on the saturday for the terrier show. hopefully its cool like today for the dogs traveling. see you there
  10. I’m out all the time mate 2 dug too this last while. feck I over the moon with that and maybe that’s enough for the young dog not fully matured yet. Where I walk regular I found there been checked too often and nothing staying. mid January First time checked dogs had to recover for a few weeks.
  11. like what RatSnatcher mentioned above i got caught out while out for a walk as well. I was on the the in-laws land. yes i know 100% my fault I know. my two terriers chased a fox over 2 fields and end up going to ground and both taking separate sets. 30 min latter my older dog (jackRussel type) with Clear damage head. younger less experienced dog appears with bad damage to one of his legs unable to walk. Hopefully this will not put the Lakie off in the future far too young for this madness. This was last week dogs have been treated the lakie has started to recover walking on the wounded
