Went out lamping with Peg&Gun last night for a few rabbits as he had an order for some, We where driving round on the quad much easier :11: ,anyway after about half hour or so we managed to bag about six rabbits and a pigeon :whistle: we pulled over and put the rabbits on a edge near a gate as we where going to come back on our self later, when we got back to them they where all gone :realmad: a few people where blamed :11: but when we had a close look there was feathers going under a gate so we looked up in the field only to see one of the rabbits i went over to pick it up looked another

Yes the fox was sat looking at me about 150to200 yards away and yes i missed it still stood after the first shot so i had another but missed again :realmad: as it ran on about 100 yards p&g had a go and finished it of with a good long shot and the stalking was great cheers again another good shot

I shot my first fox with a 243 about 150 yards tonight, really enjoyed it there wasnt much about but still managed to get one of the f#ckers i had a few shots at some rabbits but i think i was gust scaring them :11: so a friend of mine had to shoot a few whilst having a lamp around peg&gun had put some more bullits in his magazine put the gun back on the quod and the magazine had slipped out, when we relised we where over the other side of the field so we followed our tracks to find it no joy so we called it a day only to get back to the car and it was gammed in the front of the quod

Had a walk out with dogs and the shotgun this morning there wasnt much about but my terrier managed to flush out a few things he knocked out a couple of pheasants missed them half hour or so later he bolted a rabbit for the lurcher he turned it a couple of times then lost it through some cover as the terrier followed it he brought it out on my side with summit else here are a couple of pics it wasnt that bad of a day it got the dogs out, Whilst walking the lurcher he picked a few mexis up Heres another pic of that day

Do you not think getting the licence first for foxing and then doing the level one, or booking stalking later would be ok, As you said the land i have enought, I got the rimfire on there about 9 months ago but when the farmers had trouble with the foxs they gust seem to be to far away, Cheers for your replie
