    it is most likely down to the training i suffer myself not spinning the leading foot on a kick which was always taught tends to cause knee hip and back problems later on in life

    it is very sad that catch has all but died out now,a few guys try to keep it alive but a lot of the good old boys took their knowledge to the grave erik paulson josh barnett have great success with catch in an mma enviroment its different to gracie jiu jitsu i wouldnt say it was better ,as they have different rules etc

    my mate is allergic to stings and was given an adrenaline pen to inject himself with if he was ever stung,and told to practise handling etc he pulled up early out side a job ,played with the pen and accidently injected himself,the customer came out to find hime gripping the steering wheel wide eyed and sweating for thirty minutes before he calmed down

    i do a bit of mole control ,slf taught on one bit of ground where the ground is very wet i keep geting soil pushed up into the traps im catching ok elsewher but not here
