    Are you saying that your bird has topped at 2lb 7 - 8? then if you are I didn't misread it mate as mine was 2lb 5 fresh out of the aviary and got going on Rooks/Crows around 1lb 13 - 14, if you're talking in Grams then its way over my head as I'm still Lbs and Oz's.... Jasper 2lb and just under 1oz(7/8th of a oz) sorry my typing

    you must of miss read hes 2lb 7/8oz . not as big as yours, as for flying at duck like you say i was just thinking off givin it a go see what happens, also like you say about hacking i was abit worried about if he has already killed. never had a hacked bird ive asked a few people but know one i talk to seems to know anything about them.. thanks for that anyway jasper..

    do you think a falcon would be able to catch mallard if slipped out of the hood? i ask cause i have a few duck around on my land but i dont think it would be suitable to fly one waiting on....

    only a small bird came out the pen 1lb 5 1/4 oz comin straight away on the line at 1lb 4oz so should get him up alittle, we shall see... NOT AS BIG AS YOUR LAD
