    Over the last two weeks I was falsely accused of a crime. Without getting into further unnecessary detail, They confiscated my van. Just before they confiscated the van, I had been ferreting all morning. (on my own land, with permission, nothing to do with what i was accused of) When they had taken my van I explained that my ferret was in the back in its ferret box. Several times.     Yeah the holes are surrounded by thorn bushes and nettles. Im going to brave it on saturday i think though. and theres nothing worse than catching your nets on a thorne bush it really bugs me especially when they get tangled. ATB

    Full of thorn bushes etc so cant get to the holes with the nets without disturbing everything around it.

    Alright lads, Found a massive set on my permission yesterday with no less than 30 holes. I sat from a distance in my 4X4 for about an hour to see what kind of activity was happening. I observed a fair few rabbits around the sets hopping in and out. After catching a few from a few sets around the permission I know that they arent carrying any young. My problem is, The set is covered in bushes although they are dead. I want to send my ferrets down the hole's but I cant get to them to net them. What can I do? Can I chop the bushes down? In order to gain access. Will this effec

    Im not on a farmer field though mate, just a piece of land thats owned by my father. So you can appreciate i dont want to kill the ready to be borns. Not yet anyway Im going to go out this weekend with the ferrets see what i can see, If there are young out and born to be's inside others. Think that will be my season over.     Racism should not be accepted I agree. But I think the whole thing has been taken a tad too far. e.g. Its not a black board any more, we cant sing baa baa black sheep. so on so fourth. Is that really offensive to any one. I know the examples that I have given here are petty but you know what I mean.
