    you know what they say "nobody remembers the runner up, you say trophys aint inportant well a little story for you valentino rossi won a moto gp race at donnington i think 2003 but got demoted for overtaking under a yellow flag well the stewards didnt spot it until after rossi was away to airport but still max biaggi hasnt got the trophy as vale still has it in his house hahahaha prob because he hates him hahaha..

    i agree with your last post brigzy, i only travelled britain for comps oh and isle of man but even that cost a fair bit....

    brigzy if you av a load of trophys you must av thought them inportant for u to save them lol the pdc money is higher for many reasons sky, pro tounements and lots of them and very good sponsors, the bdo are mainly super league and county players with pros if your lucky i.e adams, at end of day £100.000 is a handsome reward, plus whatever standard you are its always better to see a nice big shinny trophy hahaha saying all that £250.000 would always make you smile greatly.

    so true, the best games was at night before tournements start where money also changed hands, losing £100 pound in barry islands to a complete stranger made me sick but at least next day he did very well in the pro tournement losing in.the semi made me feel better but robbed hahaha

    max durrant did great, as you said it all came down.to the experience of adams that in the end beat him, he should learn so much from that semi and come back stronger i hope..

    lol yes we all bust silly shots over a time, being 5.7 i prop would havegone 18 also but we do know its wrong, nobody goes for treble twenty for 62 however and if they did in my team they never played next week lol..

    brigzy was it a 10 darter or 11 she had a shot at??? it went as i knew it might the young lass missing a few inportant game changing doubles, someone at bucks county should be telling her the correct way to go at 79 because going for treble 13 isnt the right way with three darts in your hand. but shes a cracking wee player who can only get better..

    anybody who thinks 85 and 90 average is easy is a loon over a long game its not that easy, i repeat ur cant expect the bdo to compare to pdc ffs, the latest bdo games have been ok...

    wow good post wirral, dogleash was great but i thing gerrard would have matched well in any generation and is up there in my view, its all down to opinions aint it..

    i guess its all down to self belief, to be honest its why i never made it into pro ranks, my ability was there, its hard to explain really, sometimes you get chucked in too early where todays youngsters are mentally tough very early .

    i agree with lots you say brigzy but it is what it is [BANNED TEXT] ollie got a grudge but im saying the bdo was there first so why should it change?? they promote youth and in the end they feed pdc so whats wrong??? anyway im getting bored lol

    gnash we understand where you coming from but as the bdo was set up first and claimed to be world championship then apart from old crofty being a bit of a knob at times i cant see why bdo shouldnt be called world championship, like ive said the pdc ran and set up a new version and fair play to bristow and sky and barry hearn as they done a top notch job

    no its not simple the pdc is made up of ex bdo players who ran and made a new group so cant see why bdo should change their name... oh and by the way i fully understand why they left, i played under ollie croft i know whats hes like...

    gnash why shouldnt the bdo call it world championship?? they were the first and thats where it all started, the way you lot are moaning um wondering why u do watch it...i watch grass roots footy and the odd county darts matches why?? cus i enjoy it...

    west ham are normally shite but i still watch them..lol... all the top pdc have been beaten by the bdo players on the floor i can tell you that as a fact... its all down to experiance and maturity..
