Cheers, thats good to know, from some of the things ive read before i thought he might be miles away from fitness. Ive changed his diet over the last few weeks from mainly buscuit to about 20% biscuit now, the rest is random raw meat and bones. Liver, chicken wings, chicken carcass, minced lamb, tripe, beef and chicken. Dont know if its in my head or not but im sure his muscles are harder already
when you say dont over do it and slowly increase the number of runs, i wouldnt know where to start. Like how many runs a night shall i start with and how many nights a week?
