  5. These things happen,.. I suppose as a hunting man,.you don't want to make a regular habit of it though. If you take a few terriers and a running dog or two out into the countryside,.it is inevitable that something will occur..Personaly,.I try to avoid 'accidents',.but,.if I am working in the 'set-a-side' for the rabbits,.prior to ferreting or maybe pushing rabbits out of high grass towards a net,..and,.a hare, fox or deer rises,..well,.that is tough luck...If somebody wishes to make a court case out of it,.then so be it,.. INTENT,...that is the word... All the best,..and do go

  23. out of season my dog 2 mile am an 2 pm........ cleary they are bounding about and running so my 2 miles per walk probably equal 6 mile to them!!!!... My dogs are well......... but no where near as fit as they are when working nightly.............. i do tend to let my dogs relax in the summer months.... My dogs get hammered everynight almost from the start of the season until the clocks go back...so to me theres nothing to gained by having your dog like granite all year round, and buring them out ..... I personally observe the seasons an increase fittness levels the closer I get to the
