    Home Made Quick Set Long Nets Two 25 yard Long nets Two 12 foot Stop nets All made from 6oz Nylon And a Pole Every 5 Yards or for stop nets every 6 foot Poles are Normal Metal Garden stakes atatched to net giude lines by Elasticated string so can adjust the height of the net. Net basket is Also hand made but very well made with a Thick wide strap and the metal cages fits well around the waist. These nets are in good condition with no rips or tears but are home made so the poles may be every 5 yards give or take a foot and you may want to adust to suit

    Normaly i would pay around £5 a Ferret or normaly get them free in return for some ferret food or a favour, but i went to a cattle market this tuesday and they had about 10 ferrets for sale so i fought i would get a new Hob to bring in some fresh blood, but they were bidding up to £15-20 and its the same elsewhere on notice boards etc, am i being tight or has anyone else noticed people want more for ferrets now they are seen as cute little pets? Many Thanks.

    Just Letting two of last years kits go, they were the two i held back but i have enough already to be honnest! I Cant prommise what the hob will be like but the Gill is a Good worker.

    I use mine to run the long nets and alot of bushing, but she dose take a while to settle down.

    I have a springer but also work alongside some cockers, i would say my springer is a bit more head strong and his cockers seem more relaxed / calmer? Might just be me!. One thing is for sure springers aim to please and thrive off working, and very very loyal.

    So your not a soldier then? And when was the last time you parachuted into combat? I thought so. That's if you in the para's and not the airborne artillery? Para's don't wear gloves or goretex or soft hats because they're too tough for it. Or too stupid to put it on. Do you get paid extra for having cold hands or being wet. Naa me neither. Chill out with the 'AIRBOURNE, YEAH DUDE' just makes you look like a brew bitch. Nice picture looking chippy as fcuk, where's your helmet............     Exactly.... i had an argument with some who had a so called sprocker on a shoot one day, he said there advantage was..... The height or a Cocker but the stanima of a Springer.... what a load of shit...My Springer is smaller than my Cocker, work that one out but both work all day and just as hard! I think its just the "In thing" at the moment.

    Keep my lurcher off, but sometimes have to keep the terriers on the lead as they also want to go to ground and poke there heads through the nets!...... Alot depends on if your dogs are broken to ferrets.

    If they came from working stock they sould be ok, just give them quite a few trips out and by next years season they should be working well and droping down deep into the burrows and working the whole burrow clearing it out, time will tell, if you no anyone else that gos, tag along and send down your youngster after there experianced ferret, as if to show it the ropes!     ha..... rant over.......banta is always good, i understand one lad saying hes selling too many dogs and mistake matings are wrong etc......., i just dont understand why so many people have to jump on the band waggon and make the lad feel like shit?.
