  1. Bear they'll be hard pushed pal, found some good quiet places and some nice little woods. May take the airgun if leves ain't on
  2. thats the problem now, preban you could start a dog foxing in june/july and know you would have the right size cubs but this june/july they where already big and now theres small ones around. could f**k up entering a young snake head no end
  3. lol what a joke you are. how far are you from hemyock, churchinford, smeatharpe, stockland or cotleigh? just so i dont end up to near you, ill make sure i stay the opposite side of the hills away from you
  4. thats my point eventually it will be 2 litters a year through breeding earlier. so sept last year and june this year would put 2 litters on the ground
  5. Fox breed once per year. Mating takes place in January and February. Foxes are not always monogamous. Sometimes a female, called a vixen, will accommodate several males, if there is enough food to support more than one. A 52 day gestation period is followed by an average litter size of 3 to 5 pups, born between March and May, depending upon the time of conception. Born blind, the pups' eyes open in about 12 days. They live off their mother's milk for 8 weeks, then the mother introduces the pups to their first meal of meat by regurgitating partially digested meat she has already eaten. Until

  10. im not dogless, where do you get this from? i wouldnt touch that shit you keep with a barge poloe, was looking at your pics and i can see they certainly wouldnt do what i want but as long as your happy well thats upto you what you kennel
  11. we where out in around east devon/somerset border last night and must have seen 50-60 of the things. 1,2 and 3s on every field so would say they need controlling there but closer to home i dont see one from one week to the next and then when i do they are normally on there way through a hedge. think its like all over animals, if they werent protected there would be a good balance as people would kill the odd one here and there
  12. thats the best way to describe them, also there are also cubs the size they should be. how would we find out?
  13. i wouldnt touch your dogs, ive given away curs that would no doubt be better. i wasnt far from you have some land by you but you are the one that said you would see me if you remember, when im lamping i wouldnt waste my time with you but i will bump into you one day. is a small world after all. so what makes you think id go near that thing of yours?
  14. yeah i understand that mate but as the weather has been so warm and wet with cold spells in the middle could they have been tricked into thinking they are in a new year? i thought that at first sean but there have been to many cubs both close together and in areas far apart to be that coincidental
  15. i know what you mean sean but mate i think they may have started to breed twice a year, seen them pairing up not to long ago or it appeared that way anyway
  16. do you think this is a second brood then ?
  17. makes me cry every time i watch it
  18. i do actually having been around them all my life i have a rough idea what they sometimes look like oh and wasnt far from you last night but dont worry i didnt go near the club darling, was to busy lamping
  19. It's got nothing to do with ego it's to do with using the site. I feel obliged to share my hunting trips because I use the site I enjoy reading others exploits and feel its only fair to put something back. If nobody put working dog related posts on the forum it would be full of your crappy posts. The only reason you post f**k all about hunting is simply because you don't do anything and you know f**k all about the dog game so you have nothing of worth to contribute. All you do is troll this site spouting shit and I don't even need to highlight the fact you're a nobba because your dumbfuck topi
  20. wow, didnt realise they come in such a variety. out of interest what sort of prices are bullies to buy?
  21. last week we were returning from lamping and found a small fox cub on the road, a fox that looked like it had just left the sett. it still had some of its black guard hairs visible and looked the size of the cubs i was seeing around april-may time. anyway was out last night around miles from home on a fairly large bit of permission when we saw several cubs on different parts of the farm, foxes of the same size as the one we found on the road and not only where the foxes small they where also in there broods still, 3-4 foxes on a field in some places. has anyone else found this lately?
  22. dogless? no i dont feel the need to post what i do on here thanks, i dont need other people to massage by ego like you
