  1. Ok Stevo Will definately be selling it soon along with my Weihrauch. The Weihrauch is a far newer model though. Only bought it last August. Seems a shame to take the stock off though, knowing it has never been off. Will have to make sure though everything is ok underneath before selling. Have had my FAC now for a month and want so badly to buy a rifle... The case I have for the Feinwerkbau is as old as the gun and is leather and fleece lined. Got some tarnishing on the brass buckles. The rifle still has the original yellow sticker on it, stating the name and Model No etc. Once again Stevo,
  2. Thankyou Stevo Thats good news. As I said the only bad points are the little rust spots. They are tiny though. The stock is in pristine condition and the rifle has never been taken apart. I think I should take the stock off though just to check underneath. I have to agree with you when you said it was a perfect match for any springer today. It hadn't been shot in 2o yrs plus and my mate said he had only put around 100-150 pellets through it. He then put it in the case and left it alone. I took it home the day he gave me it and I was immediately surprised how much better it felt in my arms th
  3. I have just been handed a Feinwerkbau sport 127, mk2 in .22cal. It's in very good condition and still fires. I have recently been granted my FAC and I am looking to sell this rifle along with my Werihrauch HW80k. Would anyone have an idea how much I should ask for the Feinwerkbau. Its 25 yrs old, original front and rear sights, leather sling and swivels and case. The only bad points is it has some tiny surface rust spots on the barrell and breech area. Any help would be very grateful

  5. Hi Are there any members that fall under the South Wales Police Licensing authority. If so, I was wondering if anyone could tell me approximately how long after sending off your app', it takes them to contact you. If anyone is within the Merthyr Tydfil area, could they tell me what the FEO is like and what type of questions he/she is likely to ask at the interview. Thanks
  6. The One. Thanks. Tell I'm knew to forums, if I had paid more attention I would have seen the little flag at the bottom of the Gender. Bit confusing this firearms licensing. Got a friend in work with me just been granted a .308 for deer. First time application, he's never owned a firearm. He comes under Dyfed Police. Never thought that would happen. Suppose it's down to the licensing authority and justification. Suppose I will have to wait and see what he/she says when I get the interview. Should be interesting. Nervous now though, constantly waiting for the call.
  7. Thanks to everyone for welcoming me. I can spend hours and hours on here. Is that good for you? Mmmmmmm Not seen any topics on that yet Anyway, The One. Thanks for the reply. Could you tell me if that was your first time app' for a firearm, if you had any previous experience and if it was South Wales Police you fall under. Thanks
  8. Firstly, I would like to say hello to everyone. I have been viewing these forums for sometime now and have found it very, very helpful in applying for my first firearms application. I have been shooting most of my life, mostly air rifles, and thought it was about time I applied for my firearms certificate. Because of my job, I get to meet and become friendly with a very large amount of farmers who have kindly given me permission to shoot on their land. Although I enjoy hunting with my Weihrauch hw80k very much, there has been a number of times I wish I had the ability to shoot the extra distan
