If you join BASC or the SGA both offer legal help when an application has been turned down to excisting members.Meaning join before you apply or they won't offer any help. What part of Scotland do you live.If its Pitt St your application has to go I think you'll have a fight on your hands. Any suggestion would be great!!! I started donating at 16.......then to be honest forgot I was still doing it!!! It gets taken out of monthly wage so....... It was only more recently that I thought about it!!!! Want to carry on dontating to something worthwhile, not an organisation that is hell bent on spoiling thing's for Like minded hunters....... Thats it charlotte cancel the donation and join BASC it gives you liability insurance and carries on the fight against the pink and fluffy brigade

Charlotte, No problem with you "grassing" as some have put it and as you have said neglect is neglect but I have got a problem with anybody who gives money to an organisation who are hell bent on stopping ALL FEILDSPORTS and I do mean everything.Even the bloody fishing is being targeted. So if it was me I would give my money to the countryside alliance,NGO,conservancy trust- I could go on for ever. :thumbs-up:

I would apply for a .17hmr and slip in a .223 for fox as well in for a penny in for a pound. I posted on this topic first and foremost to say each to their own and if the terrier is either used for foxes or rats and flushing its still working is it not I enjoy what I do and wouldn't contemplate putting a young terrier down into an earth(maybe its just me ).All young terriers are started on rats are they not? We should be all sticking together and keep the working dogs lines whether ratters or foxers.And not dis anybodies chosen sport or lively hood

Skycat I don't think that people have problems with terriers its just that old fationed "MY DOGS BETTER THAN YOURS" and to be honest I know my Black fell would handle charlie 4 of her sisters are now over in Germany working the earth for badger. I know the boy who gave me her works the earth and he hasn't got a problem with me not using her on charlie because he knows how good his dogs are!And I promised him the pick of litter when she is mated.
