you have to think of your buisness, word of mouth, tell him you will exchange his knife this time, but if it happens again then you wont, send him a note on to look after his knife, you wouldnt want him to slag you off and put people off buying knives from you.

by a dobbermann on the side of the neck, wasnt to bad but pushed me against a wall and needed stitches in my head, i been bit on the finger by a collie, bit in the face by a terrier of some sort, all these were when i was kid, still didnt put me off dogs though.
