  1. Ken thats not a bad bag and they look like quite big bunnies and to be fair our permission is probably much larger so we have an advantage so you didn't do bad keep up the good work. Hi PLEDGEY yes well spotted its a MTC VIPER great scope for the price yes the set up works very well i am well pleased with it. Cheers Daz
  2. we were out for a nights shooting rabbits and ended up with 160 for our troubles the footage was shot using a sniper cam and it was a misty night. Hope you enjoy Cheers Daz
  3. Pigeon Shooting over rape stubble it was a very windy day so we set up against a big tree to give us some shelter but that gave us the problem of not having allot of time to spot the birds so it was a bit frantic at times. Hope you enjoy the video. Cheers Daz
  4. Hi PLEDGEY i zero in at 52 yards i am using a CZ452 .22 Varmint and SK HP bullets a little bit more expensive but very accurate. that usually does the trick. Cheers Daz
  5. Hutchey you don't always see them outside allot will be underground.if there is a warren or family of rabbits there will be loads but what happens is they move onto other areas because one garden cant support a family of rabbits. bearing in mind according to Chris Packham one pair of rabbits can become after only one full year one hundred rabbits. imagine what a problem we have got. Cheers Daz
  6. Thanks lads yes we have loads of rabbits and its a right task controlling them because they are not all in one spot they are spread over hundreds if not thousands of acres. its just a small matter of working your way round them and remembering to give each farm a fair go to keep them at a reasonable level. but it is bloody hard work you are completely knackered in the morning. 7. i thought i would put this video in the rimfire section as well as the night vision section as it crosses both categories. we were out for nights shooting rabbits with our .22lr's mine a CZ 452 with Boyd's stock and micks a ruger 77/22 we ended up with 160 rabbits by the end of the night. The mist kept coming and going so it made for difficult filming with night vision so apologies in advance for the odd fuzzy shot. all the rabbits were head shot as they were going to the game dealers in the morning as soon as we had finnished. Enjoy Cheers Daz
  8. i hope so but it gets hard work after 150 so 250 is a real killer
  9. Hi Inan we are serious pest controllers and we don't do this for fun its not funny in the slightest its a job that needs to be done its a very very serious problem. believe me after you have been out shooting for 14 hours getting bounced about in a 4x4 walking up and down hills picking up rabbits gutting them the last thing you think is WASN'T THAT FUN.no it wasn't it was bloody hard work. we shoot over 10,s of thousands of acres so we will never run out of rabbits to shoot and if we went soft on them they would take over in no time at all so we really do have our hands full keeping the num
  10. yes the farmers are very happy with the job we do and thats the whole point. giro did you see the end photo
  11. Me and Mick the Verminator out for a night shooting rabbits we ended up with 160 rabbits all head shot I shot the ones on camera using a SNIPER CAM and Mick shot the rest using Gen3 scope we both used .22lr rifles Enjoy
  12. Hi Paul AWT rods are not stiff rods thats why the england team love them they will stay in rough sea over beaches without pulling out are soft to cast so dont blow baits appart and have amazing bite detection. On the other hand Zziplex rods are the best casting rods on the planet without question. the word tournament in this case dosnt really match the rod as to what you would expect a tournament rod to usually be (stiff unwieldy unresponsive) if you have ever watched Paul Kerry cast one you will see what i mean about being soft. as for Zziplex (who used to sponsor me at the UKSF ) the b
  13. The best sea fishing all round rods are without question Daiwa Amorphous tournament 13 foot. All the England lads swear by them and you can put a lead to the horizon providing you know how. try and pick up a second hand pair on ebay you can usually get them reasonably cheap now as the have been out of production for some years but they are still the best. Dont worry about them being older models i still have a pair and i have used them for tournament casting and fishing all the big matches for years as have most of my mates and they love them. They are tough as old boots so dont worry if th
