    take some olive oil, garlic,lime juice and zest and a chilli.......mix together.........score the fish and soak them in the mixture.........then get a biscuit tin..........cover the floor with uncooked rice and tea leaves.........ripping open a few tea bags is fine lol but some wire wool in it and place fish on top.........light a fire and place tin on top of fire with lid on, with a small hole punchered in top ...........when smoke begins to come out the hole turn the fish over after 6 mins..........drizzle rest of mixture over them........leave in tin for another 6 mins.............voila....

    all out of breath.........f****d from chasing an animal that they cant kill and it wont give up..........ive read somewhere that "hunt" went on for nearly an hour and a half...........and still the stag was trying to get away............poor fecker..........

    Well,it was a dog that lost all its teeth, but the red is a fair animal for one on one....so thats just how it goes. The dog i had jacked, he won't jack ever again though. .. What I will say is, back in the day (pre ban) i had a 100% slip to catch rate with my old dog....over a couple of visits...so they ain't all been shit... I don't mind failing,in fact, it makes for a better hunt, but i do like to try at least.... obviously, this is all in the past, way, way, in the past... had the best times of my life on the heather-covered hills,,,,,,proper hunting IMO was it col???

    Nope...I had a bad time of it...but i went and I did it but I got my arse spanked when the dog i had (R.I.P) jacked. But...you know, at least I'm honest about the dog being not good enough and, best of all, at least i went out and ran my dog on the two largest species in the daytime on the open ground. I tried. i failed. that's about the truth of the matter. No big secret, i've wrote about it before. It was the adventure...that what it;'s all about....the adventure is everything......but, that's only one man's opinion.... respect for that...........

    lol ok mate.........the clues in hunting...........ie feed yourself for free!!!! id have no interest in shooting a deer but plenty of interest in eating one and selling a few cuts on to cover diesel..............but what do i no.........im not a respected author on fieldsports...........
