You mean the cock day.......to clear up the cocks that will just f**k off and to give the beaters/ pickers up a day out and a thank you. Stop being an argumentative c**t cause you know fine well what thats all about ok yeah ill agree on that mate...........BUT ( ) to me if your shooting 200 plus cocks for a day then perhaps a boundary day or two after and the shoots shot its quota then surely theres plenty of birds on the gr

....Not me but well done to who ever did it. I remember 2 seasons ago a pair turned up on the estate i pick up on...started taking poults and stuff. The keeper was interviewed about them and it was on tv about the damage they were causing, could have been countryfile. Anyway if one of these birds was to build a nest on the shoot then there would be an immediate exclusion zone on shooting which in turn would have been disasterous for the shoot. Cant believe the legalities that follow these introduced birds. Gon the axe men..... Not good, not good at all. They were introduced because nar

Oh i know all about the long hours and stress mate getting the pens ready for delivery of the birds in my last role was non stop work, i was estate gardener but was drafted in to help the 'keepers. 7am-6pm fencing, electric fencing, putting water pipes in, checking the drinkers worked, making sure there was enough cover in the pens, moving corrugated sheets to provide better cover, cutting loose branches off trees, fixing the gates, taking delivery of food, setting/checking snares....then tea and phone call home for an hour then back out cutting grass, hedges or logs for firewood, or sitting

i hope you mean its not sad to say im right............... No mate that wasn't a piss take this time lol.... It's a sad fact that's all.. I worked in a fishing shop when I was 17, it was my passion, I wanted to stay in that industry in someway.. but unfortunately I could never see myself earning money in it... So off into the building trade and more money meant I could pay for the things I liked doing.... Not saying that's the right way, though...but generally the things we love doing don't pay as well.. from using a till to cleaner on a building site........now thats progression........
