well said fatman the working bordres are very hard to get hold of because all the t**Ts that show them at cruff the kc is a joke. pappers are no good when the gos to ground .the so called breeders have done most of the good one in because they did not like there tempment .that why i when to patts no kc or papper work just a hard dog
borders a very hard dogs because they love a good old tear up the same as pats there ant much in the two pats or borders but you will deffo dig to borders
they ok as far as borders go but what are you going to work them at ? borders take abit to come on about 18 mths before they step up to the mark thats all borders.have a go with a patterdale and see insted
why show your work terriers they are the true GLADIATORS of all terriers and they have nowt to prove in a softy softy show ring with a chap that dont no one dog from anther .you ant going win because he will always put his mates dog out in front of your so whats the f*****G point .you could have the best dog there but if you dont go drinkin with the JUDGE forget it . work you terriers forget showing its for the girls lol
well said ,so all that above on bord i started with a 5p at 20 yards as a kid my dad would not let me shoot at anything till i could hit it 8 times out of 10 try that mate and then work your way up to what you wont to
love the pic he look a top little man i can remember when my lad was about that age (he was about 5) and he is ten know and mad on ferreting ans shooting (he as his own jr 177 ) start them as soon as lol
why have it 177 ? the 22 is a lot better and the 22 as more stopping power if your going to be out in the fields with it but yes looks the part but 177
