I saw a photo of that ultra recently and by jingo it looks a right fng piece of kit! hats off to whoever was involved in the crafting of that rifle, its probably the best modified rifle iv'e ever seen. the rats'll sh***ing themselves round your way. Thats easy, my .25 Buddy Bottle Ultra! 300 shots per fill, the word devastation doesn't even cover it But generally any short, multishot rifle will suffice: BSA Ultra, Scorpion or Hornet, even an S10 carbine Falcon lighthunter AA S410k Get something second hand, get a regulator in it, nice lamp, your budget should cover it nicley Phil
  3. I always wash my pellets before they go through any of my guns, I find it best to remove any swarf that may find itself in the skirts of the pellets. I don't lube my pellets as I've never found a need to. A word of warning to those of you who do/are planning to lube your pellets. Please please please check your gun does not go over the legal limit with lubed pellets. It is very surpring just how much it makes a difference! Sometimes half a ft/lb or more! If you usually shoot 11.7 with normal pellets then half a ft/lb will take you over the legal limit. Ignorance is not accepted as an exc
  4. For a steadier shot avoid sugary drinks and most of all caffiene! Nothing worse for shooters than to have a cup of coffee before any type of shooting! It will give you the wobbles and also interfere with your head. Have water to drink, or any squash. As has already been stated, never try to hold the gun bang on, this will cause muscle fatigue and strain, causing wobbles and in the longer term pain in the muscles you are stressing, creating, you guessed it, more wobbles!
