    Looks like he could have made use of it. I have been caught out a few times when I have shot more than one in fact there has been a few occasions i have shot three and boy do you know you have yomped them out even short distances, the idea i came up with works a treat, with it being polythene and its shape it glides over heather and rough grass as if its on ice, works a treat. i have now quite a few scattered hidden in the forest in strategic places so if i do dab a few i make to the nearest one and the jobs sorted. Keeps blood and ticks off you as well. Regards Caprelous

    If you ever shoot a couple of Roe deer or a decent fallow you will know what its like trying to get the bag onto your back if your on your own so If you cut a few polythene drums length ways you have your self a ready made deer extraction sledge, strategically placing a few around your stalking grounds can save you a lot of hard work and effort by dragging the carcass out without contamination.

    This is a tripod stalking stick that I have designed and made from laminated oak and mahogany thats has been skeletonised to reduce max weight and obtained maximum strength. It was designed so that a loose peg can be inserted in any of the holes to support the rifle in any position the stalker finds himself in either kneeling sitting or standing or prone, all you do is move the peg to correspond with your position. I reserve the design rights but should anyone wish to make it for their own use feel free to do so.

    By heck you can do some whittering you David I think if anyone had any doubts who Roger was inferring to in his above post before your tirade they certainly dont have any doubts anymore As regards Roger using threats of violence as you claim above I cant see it , hes not that type of person he addresses his problems in a correct and proper manner through the courts .     Stop cracking me up you will have me wetting myself with laughter I think it was for picking up on those that do threats and lies wasnt it like I told them I wasnt prepared to tolerate it so they said fine we will grant your wishes you see I tell the truth David but they didnt have a category for someone who didnt wish to be part of the forum the only option for your chums was to ban me , like I said I can live with it and like i have been told its their loss, I help novices out on here now .

    Its funny that I got a surprise last night my errant friend came round and returned by binos last night Its was a good job I have a few pairs of binos as well ,they wasnt in the best of condition I might add as the objective protection ring was cracked. What I find amusing this is after he had told me they had been stolen, which only goes to confirm he was a liar , dont know how much they would cost to repair but he didnt offer to get them repaired, I think I will just learn from the episode and steer well clear of him in future.     This write up on how to do a gralloch will help would be novices who have completed their DSC1 and are in the process of starting their DSC2 portfolio.
