just done the same mate.sold our house in a village and bought a old farmworkers bungalow right out in sticks.got 2 acres of woodland i can purchase once we have signed on the house.got what i wanted for ours but got the bungalow on the cheap.building is sound but needs renovating inside.lovely big garden and even better when i buy that woodland.kids and mrs cannot wait,plenty of work for the terriers as well ive been told.

got 2 patt x russels and both do there job.one is a small thing that can get anywhere and the other will work anything below.if its worker to worker then it dont matter what the cross is in my opinion.

GOT A SMALL CHEST FREEZER IF ANYBODY WANTS IT.WE HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR OUR FOOD BUT WE ARE MOVING HOUSE SO IF ANYBODY WANTS IT THEY CAN HAVE IT FOR FREE IF YOU COLLECT IT.JUST OUTSIDE WORCESTER.WORKS FINE.SIZE OF A NORMAL FRIDGE WITH TOP OPENING.
