  1. Hi I am about to start snaring for the first time ever having purchased snares from another man on this site,( much obliged by the way ) My question is I know the difference between a live mxyie rabbit and a perfect rabbit but how can you tell if they are dead in a snare ? I would hate to give a snared myxie rabbit to someone or would it be pretty obvious when I will see it ? rgds e

  3. hi i am from ireland and have been coursing all my life. there is two types of coursing, open and closed coursing.would explain if you want but as to how the coursing gets scored ,, as the hare runs the dogs chase it , which ever dog gets the hare to turn first gets 3 points and for every turn after that its one point per turn but rarely lasts most longer than one or two turns.so the all important turn is the first one,pls note objective of coursing is not to kill the hare, that is the most disappointing thing ever.
  4. many thank for the replys folks, it is a 1/4 inch click per 100 yards, so if i fire gun and its out by 1 inch on my target at 200 yards i move the sight 8 clicks, is this correct ???
