  1. 10-22 have a 1 in 16 twist and it is hardly noticable in the barrel if your groupes are off i would say u are cleaning it 2 much in my experince a ruger 10-=22 needs the barrel well leded in to b accurate how many rounds have u shot between cleaning i try not to clean barrel between 500-2000 rounds it takes over 500 to properly led in the barrel and when it is u will have pin point accuracy and dont clean again till she starts loosing zero .. if u over clean all the small imperfection in the barrel just put the bullet off target but if u led it in properly in time it will get better and be
  2. ha ha love it they think they own all the land and all the rights because they make a few bucks
  3. i have a ruger 10/22 with a 14 . 5 barrel and it is class for the car and it is a pure tack driver at 50 yard 1 hole and one hole only
  4. nothing like getting out and killing sum critters on a summers eve hope u get a few shots off bud looking foreword to your update
  5. i totally agree most men i know can plynk at targets all day with grate grouping but take em out lamping and they cant hit the back end of a truck ,,, but a lot of ppl think it is about killing bunnys and such but what i am saying take your 22 lr zero at 100 and count how many shots it take u to hit out to 300 then take your CF and zero at 50 how many shot will it take ?? to shoot out to 500 yards .
  6. lol that is not going to happen and u know it lol the 22 would have to b set up like a morter lol i have hit coke tins out at 500 yards with my 223 and also shot my 22lr out to 300 yards on paper if u have a 22 try it and see it is not easy to hit out to 300 on a 22
  7. right i reload and well it just making shooting a 223 easy what i am trying to say is that shooting a 22 lr in my opinon takes more skill to shoot
  8. right lads and galls after owning a 22lr for a number of years i have got a 223 now i recon sum one on a 22lr that knows the gun bullet takes more skill than a cf rifel as bullet drop windage takes mor affect so to sum it up dos it take more skill to shoot a 22lr in my opinon it dos or do cf take more skill lol i think not
  9. Thanks chaps for the replies. The rifle is a 1:9 twist. hi [bANNED TEXT] i have a tikka t3 1-8 twist i use hodgins varget powder 60 grain v-max 25 grain powdwe cci benchrest primer 200 yards 1 inch and i am a novice to shooting but after trying many loads i can hit out to 500 yards all day long
  10. i have a hawke sidewinder 30 4x16-50 and it is on my 223 have shot coke tins out to 500 yards and use it for lamping class scope far ahead of your 3x9-50 as i have one as well
  11. nice job bud cant beat a bit of summer bunny bashing
  12. their u go bud thome hole stock and cheap as chips as well http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/Replacement-Stocks-for-CZ-s/156.htm
  13. only a air rifel sub 12 flb would do the job as most 22lr subs will travel 2 far or a shot gun would do as well
