    Here is a marinade for your Goose 2 tbl spoons of chinese 5 spice 1 tbl spoon of black pepper Juice of two lemons Juice of one orange 2 Cloves of garlic finely chop 3 tbl spoons of golden honey the rind of one orange the rind of one lemon 1 tea spoon of chilli powder Mix and rub all over bird inside and out cover and leave over night in the fridge !     Just give it a good wash and oil you will never stop the metal getting pitted and only sharpen on a oil stone every so often when it needs a edge put on it sharpen after every use with a steel :thumbs: :thumbs:

    Does anyone know the ins and outs of this breeding when I used to get my friends old C.M.W paper I used to have a wee look at it before I used it to light the fire and there was always A dog called Socks in there up for stud , the reason I am asking is that one of my hunting buds has a bitch off of this line and he will argue with me till he is blue in the face saying that his bitch is off of the best coursing lines in the uk ! me being me will tell him he is full of dung lol even though I dont have a clue if he is right or wrong !     It would be a good bit of kit for being on ground that you are not supposed to be on lol I would go as far to say even on the daytime no one would see it
