    Its a great place with smashing people ! Glasgow Field Sports are worth a visit as is Crockets and a few other gun dealers. Its now one off the safest cities in the UK and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

    Come on guys surely someone has something to add ? Larger bore silencers are designed to muffle the noise from an explosion and dull down the aftershock off air.At least that's my theory, Suppressing the air from a high powered Air Rifle is totally different surely and is an area that could do with some serious research.

    I have been really lucky, I got my Cocker Spaniel bitch for only £150 she turned out to be an absolute dream. Really smart great in the field, water and also at home with the kids. I've never bred dogs but would love to keep the line as she's so smart. I've started read books on what to do etc regards breeding, and step one is finding a suitable match. As she is very smart I'd prefer finding a similarly clever dog. I think the norm is for the stud dog owner to get the pick of the litter.     Looking for a Decent silencer for my mate's Career 707 its way too loud. He's using the standard Shin Sung which is not up to the job, Its FAC so think a Rimfire mod might be bette ?

    Similar situation with me I posted a 400cc Rapid Bootle in July. It went astray , after a lot of hassle forms and a quote from BAR I I finally got a cheque for £20. I posted another in Sept ! It didn't arrive either and I received a letter from Parcel Force saying I had breached their rules and the item was destroyed ! I was absolutely raging ! Why wasn't I made aware of these regulations when the 1st bottle went missing. I would never have used them. I lost Two bottles = £120. The arrogance is unbelievable no refund offered.

    Out the other day with my mate who shoots with an FAC Career 707. I couldn't believe the noise from it. He uses the standard Shin Sung mod, which I didn't rate. Any ideas, I suggested a Wieruach Silencer but how good are they at the higher power levels ? Any suggestions guys ?

    Sorry thought I posted a reply here. Career leaking exhaust seal and valve pin broken. Rapid valve needing replaced. S410 indexing post broken. Good news new post arrived today so back in action :-)

    Totally pi**** off ! Managed somehow to get the new Yukon Photon. Well pleased but though I have 3 rifles not one of them working ! .

    Unfortunately the part I have left is only the end, the part that protrudes below the barrel. The rocket valve itself was stolen and replaced with a shit standard valve. Which as it turned out wasn`t compatable with the housing. I assumed all was ok and didn`t fire the gun for some months after the repair....... Anyway Re all the recommendations I don`t doubt these lads are the best but right now my wallet is seriously water tight ! Hence the reason I`de much rather get a second hand set up if possible. Cheers guys

    Totally disagree with some of these comments. The MK I was absolute rubbish but the MK II & MK III are pretty good reliable and accurate guns. I have owned several. Carbine , Midi and full length. The simplicity of this design sets it ahead of anything in the market and I've never had any problems with the barrels which are made by Luther Walther since 1997. I have owned over 30 pcp's, and shot targets and hunt regularly,few rifles come close and when you look at the price of these when new they were very cheap.     Desperate for a complete valve set up for a rapid. The guns been badly messed with by a blind Brockie. It currently has half a rocket valve , the outer plug and an I'll fitting standard valve. I'm looking for a standard end plug and delrin housing with the valve. Can you help ?
