i have 5 ferrets at present.3 normal 2 polecats. use them when i can on the hedge rows etc

many thanks for that boyo we won't be looking until after the christmas break... i always watched alfred in heartbeat just loved the shaggy look of him. so one like that is on our wish list for the new year. would we be better to get a pup? or try the lurcher rescue centers?

thanks for the input so far. her indoors really likes the the greengrass type lurcher, and as it will be a present from her, i will be grateful... can anyone suggest a very similar type ..... thanks

the dog will be a retirement/birthday present. as i have no idea of these what cross do i look for? dog to be beddy bitch a whippet? or other way round etc? sorry if these questions seem stupid to those who know

in the new year i will be retired i will be looking for a dog to keep me active. i would like to get a bedlington whippet. like old greengrass had. never had a lurcher. had lots of terriers. have a norfolk at home. any advise would be great, any good books to read??? where to look for a nice dog? etc-etc thanks

my ferrets have a 6x4 shed with the floor covered in straw and tubes to play in. i do have a hutch which is also large. so i cant put them in adjoining hutches. i moved the new hob into that. its that i don't like them to be on their own. will give it a couple of weeks and try again. or is that the wrong thing to do??? thanks for the advise so far

got a new hob kit yesterday. put with my other 2 jills and 3 month old kit... one jill keeps attacking him!!!! will they settle or should i remove him? thanks
