ban is just a word replied to Blue one's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
if yer dogs course deer week in week out and on the odd accasion fancies a lamb dinner does this not make them a deer dog? if so then shorely a dog that runs rabbits day in day out and also likes too play shake with a ferret is it not a rabbiting dog? if ye are using a dog to ferret day in an day out an the dog shook yer ferret, i think it wid be safe to say, aye mate its no a ferreting dog lol yer point is............ i was just asking a question i dont do much rabbiting bores me to be honest, pretty shore my dogs would shake a ferret though, and my point is that just -
have you seen any of phils dogs run before?

i dont think bull crosses are shite their just not for me and im making a point that there not the best this big bad bogger says, a beddy x sticks on its intended quarry better than a bull cross, they will run for longer, and there just as game only thing a bull cross has over a beddy x is the jaw power

Of course they cant mate of course they cant ye keep telling yourself that Always puzzles me where all these tested bedlingtons are that they put across greyhounds at least with a collie cross they do excel at certain jobs edible game etc but a bedlington cross feck me there just plain average at best infact they have possibly as a whole gotta be the most average mediocre cross out of the lot your brilliant mate hahahahaha comparing a bull x with a collie x yeah fair enough but comparing a good beddy x with a good bull x LOL wake up sunshine you'v obviously seen bad examples of bed

Dont think the harsher weather thing is true, if they have a good coat on them, they will do fine in any weather no matter if living in doors or out, my lot all live indoors and can stand any weather. im not saying indoor dogs cant stand harsh weathers i just think that a kennelled dogs can stand harsher, my bitch pants like mad if she ever comes in the house even when its cold, put an indoor dog in a kennell for a night in the peak of the winter and i bet you the dog is shivvering, will agree on the coats though a dog with a good thick coat will stand any weather but im just saying in -

agree mate i only mentioned fox OOPS! funny how when a topic comes up about hare coursing its here too stay but yet the antis and police are hotter on hare coursing than the reds?!?! personally i think its just power going too the mods heads.... at the end of the day hunting fox, deer or hare with lurchers will never come legal so no matter how much we try and hide the fact that we do it nothing is going too change, theres no way anybody has a bull x just for rabbits, or a saluki cross for rabbits, deerhound x, big set beddy crosses etc etc???? -

i keep my bitch kennelled outside my brother keeps his dogs inside and his work as good as any kennell dog the only reasons i keep mine outside is so she can withstand harsher weather and if she came in the house she would find bits nd bobs lieing round the house that people have left on the floor and cant be doing with the hassle -
all of them reasons are bollocks! theres nothing a good bull x can do that a good beddy x cant
-
can anybody on here give me 5 reason why too own a bull cross?
-
I have read quite a few of your posts and they all follow a similar theme, namely you dont know your arse from your elbow The fact is if you live in a country where fox is still of the menu and they are your intended quarry then you increase your chances of getting a single handed fox dog when getting a pup from PROVEN bull bred lurchers, im not saying collie crosses wont kill foxes BUT the chances are increased with GOOD bull blood. the fact is thats your full of shit bud, in your oppinion bull blood helps, id never even think about taking on a pup with even a splash of bull blood i

you dont deny them having the turning circle of a lorry though? they like showing there tongue off alot aswell dont they??
-
cheers bud shes a good strong dog and prey drive is nuts for her age!
