    thats why u always see mistreated dogs and rescued lurchers. if people dont put a good price tag on their litters you get all sorts of people coming to get them. £-£100 is a joke imo as most kids take that to school with them nowadays. if people were more responsible and only bred when they wanted to renew their line instead of using their supposedly "best friend" to pay the bills only sensible people would have dogs in the first place, maybe then u could give them away eh instead of every tom in the village having one. i may be wrong but just my 2 penneth worth

    Only time i ever give dogs suppliments is when they have a few good runs on the fens, then i use fortalite which stops dehydration and replaces salts etc. For rabbits on the lamp though i wouldnt bother as the dogs dont even break their wind to be honest as long as they are fit that is.

    I have some permission in peterborough for ferreting where we usually get maybe 10-20 rabbits from this one little field, we went last year and like i said and took around the same ammount. The week after the farmer phoned me complaining that we werent doing a good enough job and would we go back down to do it again as the field was absoloutly destroyed. We went the next day and killed another 2 rabbits which was unbelievable as the field was half ploughed with scrats and seats etc. After talking the farmer into letting me lamp it with my dogs we decided to stay the night.     Hi just wondering if anyone has any pic's of syke's sam. I know he is knocking on a bit but still would like a look at him as i have just got 2 bitches of which he is the sire. I know his breeding and seen alot of his offspring but never actually seen the dog himself. Cheers
