    Start mine off at a steady 20mph for 3 mile then upto 41 for the next 2 mile then stretch them off and back to the van where they get a protein shake dont think my legs can peddle that fast If john was trotting lucas in front of you I bet you could johns one step ahead he uses the hydropool. we are just meer mortals and have got alot to learn but hes a great teacher
