Jalapeno jelly. Ingredients: 10 jalapeno Chile's, stems removed. 2 medium Bell peppers 1 1/2 cups ( 355 ml) distilled vinegar 6 cups (1350 ml) sugar 1/3 cup (80ml) lemon juice 4 oz (118.29 mL) 10 drops green food coloring. For you Old Family Red Nose historians, here is the keystone of the strain. This litter included Gold Dust, Centipede, Pinkie, and Banjo--all big multi-winners in the mid thirties.
