Certainly a dog for me i think they are an excellent cross...One i haven`t owned but will do soon enough seen many work and like the get up and grab approach cracking dogs i must admit

Any dog needs a sensible owner or should i say deserve one It comes down to you on some occasions to make a decision risk your dogs safety for the sake of one run and lose possably a season of runs i know what i have chose in the past

My bitch took her first deer at 8 months of age the beddy cross pushed out a muntie the brindle bitch stood out of cover as per normal caught sight and coursed the muntie across the field i couldn`t believe it when she nailed it but she did..The bitch had shown very little interest in anything else rats or rabbits but when she ran this it was totally different she then took a roe weeks later single handed nice strong buck again unreal this is when i started to tally up...From then on all was accounted for i haven`t counted any that have been taken doubled up so she could have pulled even more

Since boxing day my young bitch has been stuck on 99 not quite hitting the century and it hasn`t been for not seeing game she just hasn`t been running properly Last thursday when Jordan was down had an excellent run but it made it to cover then on sunday whilst out with Kane and Ratkilla had 2 slips both in my eyes where good chances but no it seemed she wasn`t going to get there thought it was going to be like a cricketer they either get bowled or caught on there up coming century thought it was sods law that she would come to some damage somewhere but last night saw that she had made it an

If you want to get so close to quarry why own a dog you might aswell drop some redbull and chase the game yaself slip the dogs from a distance in which the game hasn`t even noticed ya cause your not on top of it no cammo is needed i own no cammo at all Cammo is only needed in my eyes if your shooting or you need short slips for ya dogs

The evening hadn`t quite gone to plan done a fair bit of walking but nothing in the bag didn`t see too much but see enough to not of blanked by this time in my eyes the brindle bitch certainly wasn`t running right but there you go dont know why and probably wont We walked slightly further than normal on the outskirts of my permision and spyed a nice charlie bit of a call by kane and in it came nicely was gonna cut short and slip in to the hedge so his bullcross was slipped one nice big dog fox not a great night but can`t complain Cheers Ratkilla and Kane for popping down give it a good go

Took young Jordan out for a walk to check some earths no joy in any at all couldn`t believe it But it was quite mild so there you go i suppose Had a little crack at the rats ended up with about 16 but only took a photo of the found you all know what its like in the heat of the moment Here`s the end pic all the same All of these where bolted by jordans young jill first time on rats well happy with her performance

I own a bitch with cattle dog in her the gentleman i purchased the dog of has bred from first cross cattle dog grey`s before and have had problems with aggresion most of which have had to be put to sleep Now my bitch hasn`t a great deal in her but i know for a fact in a different home she could of been a problem I`m not saying i am a perfect dog owner but i don`t let a dog take the piss and push there luck with me or the rest i do believe in dogs establishing a pecking order but there`s only so much you can take when you kennel lurchers and terriers all in all the bitch is sound but her lit
