    one that charges at a low rate of amps,probably at a rate of 3.5 amps or less.and one that cuts out when the battery is full is handy.

    spot on, its ok having solo dog GREAT, but when you bump into them feckers who have seen the lamp before, you will alot better chance to catch+kill with 2 dogs totally disagree with that.
