Picked 589 but there was more left lying and a lot of nests of young accounted for so easy a 600 plus day.

Had our annual go at the sheds,two members off here came along for the craic. We had 7 terriers and 3 lurchers with us and they were all bushed by the end as were we.

These two are from the same litter as Ali C's Digit,they have just turned 15mth. D&N was kind enough to offer his Scrumpy as stud to a bitch of my mates that is sadly no longer with us.Lost to ground. The wee bitch is doing well,two digs under her belt so far.We bolted a vixen on Tuesday with the dog. We're in the same position up here Genuine,over a foot of snow,foxes to ground and not enough dogs.

Heres the pics you asked for of the difficult one on your bit. 2 hours to get the fox then another two hours to get the dog out,must've moved 3 ton of rock that day. Hope this wasn't the last time you were out.

Out last Sunday and got one from cover and three digging. Dug my mates young black bitch (15 mth) at 1 1/2ft with two vixens and my russell in pure sand at 4ft with another vixen.

Anyone recomend a courier that would bring stuff from Yorkshire to Scotland,would need a big van as its three big boxes needing moved,tried all the big names but need an account with most of them.

Don't you be worrying about breeding ferrets,you're only just getting into them.Theres far too many ferrets bred every year as it is.

I was sitting out for a problem fox Thursday evening and seen a buck chasing a doe round the field i was watching,they stopped for five minutes for a feed and then off again round the field,him with his neck fully outstretched at her rear.

Hold that thought,don't waste your money on these boots.They are rank.Both me and a mate got a pair and were given the speel about "all the grouse keepers are using them,etc etc" My mate got his at a game fair in July and by December they were holed,i got mine the start of last season and by midway through the scratchproof coating was rubbed off in 4 places,allowing the boot to let in water worse than sandals.My advice would be to steer well clear of Black islanders.

Thanks Bullfinch,the drawer and mesh floor is a must,so much cleaner for the birds and easier to muck out. Get pics up mate. Dotty,would like to see pics of your pouters and how you keep them,cheers. Your freezers will be full of all the feral doos we've been giving you,if you've got that many rabbits in your freezer you must've been doing a lot of mileage and picking up roadkill.
