On your property they do not become 'yours' unless they are enclosed or dead! On your property you have the right to take them by legal means, but thats it. Wild is wild, no man can possibly 'own' a wild animal unless it's either enclosed or dead....Thats my take on it.....Anyone? Ok then........if that was the way of thinking if the farm next door to me in the middle of the night 1 of the gates opened and all his sheep wandered onto my field surely i could close the gate and now they belong too me, right?..... I said earlier on that its a 'moral' view on how you go about poaching game b

you speak for ya self,,,, some of lurcher boys made good coin out the birds years ago,, back in 92 they were £4.50 a brace,,,, good money for someone made redundant cos of pit closures.... and lab tastic can call it theft if he likes,,, but we all know, it aint,,,, you cant compare poaching birds to burgerling somones house . one thing i do agree with him though,,,, i hate running them over,, in fact any animal . its no way for an animal to die Just wondered why you dont think its theft............? i wonder why you do,,,,,, after all even in law its not called "THEFT" i

what was he doing??? Picking his nose and eating it Only kidden...... collecting scrap with a pick up with caged sides..... I swear I saw a stainless steel kitchen sink on the back............ Yes but the difference was this pick up was a nice 1 and not a heap of shite........... I did notice that mate.................... bad day when a gypsy out does your pick up mate Better dogs in the back of it too come to think of it.............

Although i'm half joking with you i do have strong feelings towards the poaching of pheasants mate.......Why do you lads always say the same thing about cars....ffs we know they get killed by cars but theres nothing you can do about that and most of the time its an accident unless some bellend thinks its funny to run them down..... The numbers that are killed by cars, vermin and weather are bad enough without having to worry about dogs catching them and c**ts stealing them. I know that Lurcher lads are not interested in catching pheasants, if you made it a past-time then you wouldn't catch ve

Ok here goes....... There's 2 types of 'poacher' for me... There's the kind who respect the land and test there dog on the countrys finest wild game..... Then there's the other type who poach game birds, or in other words thiefs!!!!!
