Best thing Baw, well said mate. I think it would be the best thing...........obviously Baw has admitted defeat and realises he has been in the wrong. Takes a real man that......well done mate... It's not that mate, its getting dark, roosting time...... going out with me torch soon...... I love the siloette a pheasant makes don't you........ I like the noise they make when they bounce off a fence into the dogs mouth. Not particularly fussed what kind of fence, field, pen, whatever. Really mate.......are you going too do this????....... .........

Although i'm half joking with you i do have strong feelings towards the poaching of pheasants mate.......Why do you lads always say the same thing about cars....ffs we know they get killed by cars but theres nothing you can do about that and most of the time its an accident unless some bellend thinks its funny to run them down..... The numbers that are killed by cars, vermin and weather are bad enough without having to worry about dogs catching them and c**ts stealing them. I know that Lurcher lads are not interested in catching pheasants, if you made it a past-time then you wouldn't catch ve

Don't be silly petal, just having wild thoughts. Darcy, there are many loop holes like I have said earlier, If your friend owns the land, then we have trespass with intent. It's a big old rule book, and it can send you round the twist , BUT there will always be a Charge for an offence. Leave that to the CPS. artic, the question i asked was whether the earlier statement about owning the pheasant because it is on your land is incorrect or not? you can do that iceman, some folk do tag there birds but in reality you wouldn't be able to see it in flight so it wouldn't work for property of bird recognition.

Correct mate....... It's legalised stealing drawing pheasants onto your own land. Why don't the c**ts that do that put there hand in there pocket and put a few birds down, put the graft in at poult stage and can hold there head high knowing there are doing there bit. You'll find out you will get along with the keeper alot better if you did!!!!!
