Are you training at home ?.....If your going to a halfway decent gym you really shouldnt need to be asking these questions on the internet.........you will find far more knowledge in a decent gym than you will find on a hunting website and most lifters these days are very approachable.......dont be one of those quiet types in the gym who watches but doesnt speak,i always question their motives for being there And Socks....isnt that the same picture you posted a few years ago.....come on mate i bet you,ve come on a bundle since then Maybe we,ll have a cyber contest.....as long as my pict
  2. On the deer and I don't dispute that some pricks out there would do that but how do you know it's not just ran on the boy who shot it couldn't find it??This is the problem with this thread, everytime it pops up a real them and us attitude rears its head and it f*****g stinks!!
  3. If you want to seriously lose excess fat and tone up then you need to do 5 days of cardio and within those 5 days do 3 days of toning weights say on a Monday Wednesday and Friday. Do the weight sessions before the cardio as that will get your heart rate up to the desired fat burning rate so it means you are instantly fat burning when you start your cardio rather than building up to it. As for foods mate then yes bread pastries chocolate alcohol will all hinder your progress and put weight on where you don't want it I never stopp drinking or eating specific foods when I was training seriously

  7. You've answered your own question mate. It's easy to loose the rag and tell someone to f**k off mate but in reality all you need to do is be polite and tell them you are doing a service for the landowner. If you get anyone being threatening or abusive take out your phone out and get the police. If you start arguing with a customer of the caravan park it will only end up with you loosing permission. Then when you see them on a night out in town rap the nutt on them.... Lol
  8. Do they have a problem with the rabbits getting killed or just the actual shooting. I suppose if someone is on a holiday they don't want someone walking about with a gun if there kids are running about.?? If I was you I'd stick to ferreting to nets at these places.   9. Right...... I want to go the gym atleast 5 times a week, for fitness atleast. So should I do 5 days of cardio and of 3 of them do weights as well. I don't want to be training for nothing 5 days a week. Can I eat anything??? Tried to keep on things like tuna, soup and chicken for lunch but can I eat bread and pastry stuff without adding weight to areas I don't want....like stomach???

  11. Lurcher man by any chance? A fair bet (mind isnt that illegal?) Really? How insightful! Hare shoots achieve the high numbers because they are not a challenge. If it is a sustainable shoot then fair enough. Lab, how do you know the fate of the shot hares? Everyone goes to the game dealer or he cannot deal with that amount of hares? I would suspect many get used and an equal amount are wasted. It's an assumption that shoots aren't wasteful. If you enjoyed the shoot then fair enough but people know the difference between this and other types of shooting, one is sporting

  13. lab how many of the hares on a shoot where 350 where shot got away after being shot at???? what did the beaters push through for the guns pity i not got a good lurcher it proberly would have a field day the day after picking easy wounded hares up all over the place, Yes there's no doubt that a few hares on the day took a few pellets and unfortunately will die earlier on. That's part and parcel with shooting and probably the only downside too it. Every gun that pulls the trigger is hoping for a clean kill and anyone who isn't should stick the gun in there mouth. Dont forget every time you bench press its actually giving the triceps a far harder workout than the chest,even though its a chest exercise........best triceps exercise ive ever done is skullcrushers.....look it up or ask in your gym if your not familiar with it......biceps is a muscle specific exercise it doesnt get worked hard when working other body parts so you dont see immediate growth like with triceps. 5 times a week is too much for a beginner in my opinion......intensity is more important than frequency when your starting out. You dont even need weights.......Dips for triceps,pull ups for biceps. Never knew that fact about the tricep/ bicep mate but I can quite clearly see it forming now. End of this week I will have been at the gym for a month and going 5 times a week. I've noticed not a massive
