Get a lure and have a mate turn it on when the dog catches turn I off then you shout him if he drops it the machine will get turned on again this way he learns the only way to got to you is hold it

So I got our snipe at 7 month old and he had had a few. Too young in my eyes but benefit of the doubt. He came on well fitness wise and at about a year I took him out for my first time fought one. The first one I slipped him on and went home straight away. When I got home I was chuffed although no retrieve was present and he didn't know how to jump was a bit of a number but in my eyes young dogs and jumping don't mix. No mate you wait till he is fully developed then run him on game. Summer hunting is a touchy subject I hunt all year round my dog is fit 365 and my airrifle is always ready to see the open fields and it's not for any other reason than I like doing it my dog likes running my kids like rabbits so it should be sensibly talked about and discust

hey all you hunters who is out tonite... and who would take us along. i will cover the petrol costs im based in hartlepool and have a whipett although i would leave him behind if requiered. my normal mate who i go out with is on holiday and just want a night out with the dogs there is me and my mate.... or if you dont have a dog but have a car and wanna see what its about i will cover petrol and show you what me dog can do thanks stew rocky if you read this how about it i never got the chance before.
